The Business Guild of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce,
Chapter II, meets every Thursday at 7:45 a.m. at the Hilton
Garden Inn in Bloomfield. The Guild is comprised of Staten
Island business owners and professionals who network together to
help one another through knowledge, education and referrals. One
of our goals is to improve the business climate on Staten
Island.
Membership
is limited to one member from an industry or service. Members present
their business information and discuss how they can help fellow members.
As part of
our weekly agenda, we invite respected guest speakers to discuss general
topics about business, safety, personal matters and other items of
interest. Past guest speakers have included representatives from the
NYPD, NYS Department of Labor, Staten Island Economic Development
Corporation, The Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, the IRS, The Staten
Island Yankees and The College of Staten Island Small Business
Development Center.
Prospective
members are encouraged to join us during our weekly meetings to explore
the many business opportunities and advantages available through
membership in our group.
